  • Flights canceled by 7:00 pm the day prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee.

All bookings made with credit cards will undergo pre-authorization 24 hours before departure. Should your credit card be declined and our attempts to contact you prove unsuccessful, your booking will be automatically voided.

Terms And Conditions – 2023-24: All rates are per individual and remain valid for travel between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024.

Please ensure you bring your own towels, sunscreen, and children’s toys. For all Tours and Transfers, there are minimum passenger count requirements: 2 persons for helicopters, 4 persons for seaplanes and airplanes. The third person discount applies exclusively to group bookings on our R44 aircraft. To adhere to legal compliance and safety standards, each passenger’s weight is assessed before boarding. Individuals weighing over 110 kg will incur an additional seat surcharge. For combined body weights exceeding 180 kg across two passengers, an extra seat surcharge will be applicable. The maximum weight per seat is 130 kg. Luggage restrictions are in place for all Transfers and Helicopter rides: 1 medium-sized suitcase (not exceeding 20 kg) and 1 standard carry-on bag (not exceeding 10 kg) per person. For Seaplanes, each person is allowed 1 standard carry-on bag (not exceeding 10 kg). On Tours, a single soft bag not exceeding 5 kg per person is permitted. Single seats are subject to availability and can be acquired on a standby basis through our mystery flight offering at 5 pm the day prior to travel.

Private Tours And Transfers: All tours and transfers can be arranged on a Private Basis for an extra charge. Guaranteed privacy is only assured if a privacy request has been made and the corresponding surcharge has been paid.

Infant Policy (0-2 years old) / Child Age (3-13 years old): Infants are welcome exclusively on private flights, not on shared tours. The decision to carry infants rests with Freycinet Air Tasmania. While our tours are designed with adults in mind, some may not be suitable for infants. Infants are defined as ages 0-2 and may travel at no cost when seated on a parent’s lap during private flights. It’s important to note that only one infant is permitted to travel free of charge per aircraft. If two infants share one seat, the seat’s cost applies. Children fall within the age range of 3-13 years and must be accompanied by an adult during the flight. The minimum age for all shared scenic flights and tours is 3 years.
