If the weather is bad, will the flight go ahead?
We have legal requirements for wind, cloud base and visibility.
If the weather is not suitable, we will re-schedule your flight to a better time or day. We will try to give you as much notice as possible, to save you from driving us to be disappointed.
If cancellation is necessary, no payment is taken. We usually take payment on the day of the flight, to keep things simple.
How much notice should I give if we can't make it?
Please give us as much notice as possible, as last minute cancellations may upset our schedule. At least 24 hours is appreciated.
